The following steps are straightforward, but it's important to go through them carefully.

Android Installation

Please follow only the steps outlined below.

Prerequisites
Install MacroDroid from Google Play.
Copy the Dynamic Link below.
Setup Macro
In MacroDroid → Add Macro.
Trigger: Date/Time → Day/Time → 00:01:00 and activate all weekdays.
Configure Actions
Add these actions:
Action: Web Interactions → HTTP Request
• Request method: GET
• Paste Dynamic Link from below
• Enable checkbox "Block next actions until complete"
• Response: Tick "Save HTTP response to file"
Enter Folder and Filename: /Download/goal.png (or similar folder)
Action: Device Settings → Set Wallpaper
• Choose Image and Screen
• Enter Dynamic Folder and Filename:/Download/goal.png (or similar folder used in step 5).Use the same folder and filename as in step 5!
Finalize
Finally: Set a macro name and create macro.
Test: Select your macro, tap "More options" and then "Test macro" to run immediately. Use this exact action to solve errors or unexpected behavior, whenever things don't work.
To Stop: Open MacroDroid → Macros → Find yours → Toggle Off or Delete.
To Edit or change wallpaper: Open MacroDroid → Macros → Find yours → Click on HTTP-Request under Actions → Configure → Change URL to newly generated one (revisit step 3) → Save.
If you stop seeing updates, that's a problem with MacroDroid, unfortunately :( : Open MacroDroid → Verify that you need more credits → After watching 3 ads you'll get 3 free days → Then go to Macros and test your macro → Come back after 3 days and repeat. Unfortunately, this is the best solution for Android :(.
